A referral is not required to see a podiatrist. However, for any DVA and workers compensation claim a GP initiated referral is required.

During the initial consultation, the podiatrist will conduct a thorough examination, discuss your medical history, and may perform diagnostic tests if needed. Based on the findings, a personalised treatment plan will be developed.

Yes, our Podiatrist are trained to provide custom orthotic services to address issues such as arch support, alignment and foot function.

Yes, your podiatrist can refer you for X-Rays and Ultrasounds
Yes, we do accept all private health funds if you have a podiatry cover.
Yes, we accept Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) gold card holders, and WorkCover clients. Just bring details from your GP about your claim.

Follow-up Consult - $97 ( 20-30 mins)
Yes, if your private health coverage covers podiatry. We provide on-the-spot claims with your health fund with our Hicaps machine, or directly to your phone with Hicaps Go at the time of your appointment.
No, we are not a bulk billing practice. However, if you have a GP referral under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate. We do bulk bill DVA (Gold card) holders if you have an eligible DVA referral from a GP.
